One of my favorite posters on the whole board. Seems like he was a great guy.

Thanks for letting us know. He was always a welcome addition to the baseball threads and was a closet LSU fan it seems.

He was a very nice guy and for a Bama fan, that is saying something. He will be missed...RIP.

Damn. I remember him well, and that he stopped posting for a while due to illness. I was just wondering a week or two ago if anyone had heard an update on him.

Well, he's got the best seat in the house now...RIP

I remember last January when he was having some problems and had scheduled doctor;s appointments to find out what was wrong...but I never heard what it was? Any one know?

I was just wondering that myself. He went from having tests run in December of '09 to being gone in December '10.

Sad to hear...not easy this time of year, I lost my dad to cancer last Dec 20th. Prayers for the family.

Wow, very sad to hear this. Very tough around the holidays for his love ones. I pray they find strength in such a difficult time.

Gosh that made me sad... Please send heartfelt prayers to his wife and family, and let her know that thoughts are with her. Even those of us who didn't know him personally can see what a fun and special man he was.
