It was assembled from stolen parts. The whole thing was cobbled together and there was no way to make it legal. Thats why it had to be crushed.
Something else to consider is that firetrucks are almost always purchased with taxpayer money. There aren't many factors that will drive down prices when city governments are paying with other people's money.
I believe E-One is a REV Group company. Same with Spartan and Ferarra, KME, and LTI ladders.
It's a real issue. They are called REV Group. They basically own every fire truck manufacturer besides Seagrave.
Is it an accent or a speech impediment? I honestly can't tell.
It's really a shame because Rich Rodriguez was available.

You'd be sorely disappointed with Hopkinsville... because Lincolns birthplace is outside Hodgenville which is over an hour away.

Lincolns Birthplace is beautifully maintained and has a cool visitors center. It's a nice way to kill a couple hours.
Wouldn't schools be able to trade players if they were under contract?
