Most times someone does something on the road that is inconsiderate, it was not intentional. No reason to get mad because your trip was slowed 10 seconds. RIP.

It's a sad reality that there are people walking this earth that will kill someone because they were cut off while driving. Unthinkable to get that angry about anything, much less driving, to take another life. If you aren't protecting yourself or someone else from physical harm, it's unwarranted.

So sad. I remember going to the Hoover Met to watch him play against Hoover when he was a senior.

Ya no shite Sherlock. Doesn't mean you have to be stupid back.

Had a dad out where I live respond to a stupid driver honking and his girl was killed in her child seat by a gun shot.

I wonder if he thinks he should not have worried about a guy honking or flipping him off?

What do you think.

You obviously missed my point. I was referring to all road rage regardless of party doing it.

Dude was an absolute burner when he got the ball in space. I remember watching the USC-OSU game back in the day and he was running all over the Buckeyes' defense. That USC team was filthy- McKnight was one of three backs they had. This was after Bush and LenDale White. But they had Mark Sanchez at QB, Cushing at LB, Rey Maulauga, Clay Matthews, WR David Ausberry. That team went 12-1 and could have easily replaced Oklahoma in the title game against Florida. But I digress. From the initial reports it looks like this was a cold blooded murder. And the guy sat there after he killed Joe and waited for the cops. SMH

the person that did this when caught should have a pay per view event of his death

city hall, grandstands, tv, executioner stand over him and say...I told you not to frick with justice.

Damn shame. Road rage is BS. People need to think before reacting to stupid drivers.

Throw guns into the equation and everybody is a tough guy!Probably over something stupid in traffic.

You have to be prepared to run a crazy man with a gun over if he stops and gets out of his car.

Sadly there is a lot of truth in your words. I've taken a CCW class in which the instructor basically stated to the class that if there is any doubts about justifiable homicide by LE, you better erase those doubts. And an event that you touched on with an enraged individual aggressively approaching you is one such scenario. The guy might not have a gun but why if the guy is a martial arts expert who would use you as a sparring dummy? You'd have no chance. In this case Joe McKnight was unarmed and in his own vehicle. He was pulled out of the car and shot. The suspect had to be someone of a pretty big frame. Well they know who he is because he waited for the cops to arrest him. Something isn't right with this guy.

Did the guy get out of his car, pull McKnight out at gun point & then shoot him?

Wow, crazy if true.

That's what I read. I can't tell you if the article was Heavy.com or espn but that was initial reports. I couldn't believe that, either. At that point you just hit the gas and gtfo of dodge. Unless he approached McKnight's car from an angle that made it difficult to spot him.
