Yeah it's pretty disgusting. It came to my attention the guy was released without charge. All accounts are that Joe was cool attitude kind of guy. If the witness accounts are accurate, this reads as an execution in cold blood. I can maybe see some argument for the man defending himself if Joe truly was threatening his safety, but the witness accounts suggest the opposite, and there was no need to shoot him dead once on the ground. I guess if you just wait for the cops to show up and turn over the instrument of death, then no worries. What a crockpot of shite.

Don't believe all you read in social media. Just listened to the sheriff's press conference. The white dude was in his car, all three shell casings were in the white dude's car. McKnight was confronting the white dude at the white dudes window. Sound like the "cool attitude" didn't exist in McKnight and he was the aggressor. Oh, and there is no video and whatever 'witness' social media was talking about that saw the white dude standing over McKnight DOES NOT EXIST.
