Ags really came out the gate slow barely beating Vandy then not being competitive vs Bama.
Really turned a corner after that. UF and TAMU are both better now than they were in Wk 3 honestly.

I’m really not, I thought it was a good game. I don’t think it was a fluke. And I agree, one way or another it’ll be figured out.

Not obsessed. Just tired of hearing (as has been said again in this thread) that we only won because of a fumble. Stats were decidedly in our favor. We had over 140 more yards, 10 more first downs, and better 3rd down efficiency.
Each team had one punt, so don’t give me that “couldn’t stop us” line.
For that matter, I can make the case that the game would not be that close if we didn’t fumble twice, but blaming turnovers is like saying we would have won if we had just moved the ball more.
My point with the OP is that it just seems silly to keep trotting out that the fumble was the only reason we won.

Neither team was able to stop the others strengths. It came down to whom had it last. Aggies had it last. Aggies won. That simple. If we played again, it would be another very good game.

A&M won a close game at home and was the better team that day.

If you listen to several of the YouTube analysts they said as much. They say aTm played a stout game. And by the way, we won. That’s why we are ranked higher.
