My Great Great uncle was Jack Torrance. He was all American o-lineman at LSU and a silver medalist in the Berlin Olympics(the Jesse Owens Olympics).

My step-father(and his twin) both played a year with Brett Farve at Southern Miss, but I don't have any blood relations to anybody that talented. My step-father's claim to fame is Brett Farve touched his balls

My mom played basketball for Georgia Tech
I played soccer for South Carolina.
My cousin plays on the PGA tour (Charles Warren)

Mom & Sister Cheerleader at Northwestern
Dad and Stepfather Football at Northwestern
Brother and Stepbrother LSU football
Many many cousins and uncles-LSU football, Three with La Tech Football, One with Chiefs with Hank Stram has Superbowl ring etc
Me-one spring with Ole Miss football

This generation (unless my nephews come though and they are good but not big) is pretty hopeless unless my son plays Goalie for LSU

My grandpa's Johnny Robinson. He played alongside Billy Cannon and later was a pro bowler for the Kansas City Chiefs. My cousin also played tennis at LSU.

I do not have any relatives that played D1, but I went to high school with mlb pitcher Micah Owings. He still holds the Georgia home run record with 69. That is saying a lot coming from a pitcher.

my grandfather was a member of the 1935 Alabama Rose Bowl team (with Paul Bryant & Don Hutson)..he is #46 in the back row



he was also on the Alabama basketball team as well

No relatives that played any major sports. 2 of my old high school teammates are big league pitchers and another set a minor league home run record. Like Merrill from signs though, he strikes out a lot
