Some teams on that list were lucky to be invited to their home own conference tournament

Better win it this year if you are still in it because #2 is cleaning up in the portal right now.

UCLA might still be the best team in the country. They had 1 bad weekend all season, at an inopportune time.

It’s funny how baseball basically ceases to exist when LSU has a down year. I could have sworn the college World Series already happened. And if those are the teams left it doesn’t look like we’re missing much.

Didnt they clean up in the portal last season?

Years like this happen every 10 or so, but UGA and Auburn will let someone like Troy win the thing.

Damn, LSU baseball is terrible this year. They have no choice but to clean up in the portal like they did last year.

Cleaning up in the portal won LSU 2 of 3 CWS. Tough to argue it doesn’t work.

Last year was a weak portal class. They landed 1 of the top pitcher targets and he ended up hurt.

The top bats went to Texas, GT, A&M, UCLA, Tennessee, UVA.

Only baseball though, I assume.

Can Newton - Florida
Nick Marshall - Georgia
Jarrett Stidham - Baylor
TJ Finley - LSU
Robby Ashford - Oregon
Payton Thorne - Michigan State
Jackson Arnold - Oklahoma
Byrum Brown - USF

How well did that HR hitter from Grand Canyon turn out for you?

He looked so fat he could not bend down to tie his shoe.
