quote:I have seen a bunch of base coaches that probably attended the Lane Burroughs' (our former 3rd base coach)school of base coaching. He sent Wes Rea home from 1st base on a double in the SEC tournament 2 years ago. Wes was no closer than halfway between 3rd and home when the ball arrived. He did a bunch of stupid stuff like that. He's a head coach somewhere now.
3rd base coach fail

Wow at the Miami coach slapping the back of the Tech kids head.

In the Canes defense, the player from Tech dropped the ball in Thompson's lap. He may have been asking for it.

They had a dude in a black shirt (I think, it was completely different from everyone else on the staff) that looked like he was ready to shank some bitches

I think the coaches had a better chance of scrappin' then the players.
Posted on 6/1/14 at 7:08 pm to The Godfather
I'm not sure the coach even hit him. He lifted his hand but not sure contact was made. It was stupid to drop the ball on the guy just cause he ran into him when the 1b was in the baseline completely
How many "wild" pitches this inning?

The first dude out of the dugout for Tech (#4) was ready to throw the frick down
I would think he's getting ejected

A coach still has to be above all that crap....of course it's going to escalate even more from that point.
