If he didn't have it, the ball would have fallen out when the glove arm was up and he was on his back. It comes out when he tries to grab it after having caught it.

its it has to stay in glove until you take it out of glove, which it looks like he did, it fell out as he was trying to take it out of his glove

I have to say catch. In my humble opinion, similar logic is applied to a double play transfer at 2nd.

Ask Chad Cooley. Same shite happened to us in the CWS. Ball came out on the transfer and they ruled no catch.

That was a fricking catch and an out at second. Childress should protest that shite. The ball came out on the transfer therefore it is a catch

I thought the ball popped out on Cooley when he hit the ground, i could be wrong though

He did complete the catch, he lost it on the transfer.

A&M was more of a catch than Cooley's. Cooley's catch rolled out when he opened his glove to take it out.
