2019 LSU

1, 4, 6, 8 and 14

2020 bama

1, 4, 7 and 13

Any clues what those are?

The only numbers that matter are 3, 5 and 7

And I'm not going to make you guess, that's the MOV for 3 games LSU played 2019. The so called GOAT just magically had 3 teams that were able to go toe to toe with them?

I think not.

Dude. Vandy was never within 21 points of LSU after the first Quarter. You are using that game for comparison?

We'll all know that a new team has now become the greatest ever when comparison threads no longer use the 2019 Tigers.

This is actually a very good point.

You can’t be serious. Other than Alabama and Ole Miss scoring garbage time Td’s LSU dominated ever team they played on Defense

Why do corndogs feel the need to embellish things like this?

LSU had the 5th best defense in their own conference.

21 points is not garbage time until the middle of the 4th quarter.

And it wasn't because they weren't scoring on you, they started the game with a TD drive. They had 17 at the half and scored only 21 of their points in the second half.

A good defense would have shut them out. Florida beat them 56-0. All you got is excuses.

And the 38 to Vanderbilt

3-9 Vanderbilt.

It was the most points Vandy scored on anyone all year, unless you want to count the FCS school Vandy played, Vandy scored 38 on them too.

You know people can see the games you actually played right?

I feel like this has been explained to you multiple times but 2019 Vanderbilt only scored 24 on LSU's defense.

And before you attempt to move the goalposts and say muh it was still points given up, I will point out that you're clearly disparaging the defensive unit itself.

Whaa, whaa, whaa....notice what team NO one is talking about in this thread about the most dominant teams, past....present....or future?
The FLORIDA GATORS!

So, uh...let me rephrase; Go away and let the fans of elite teams talk....moron.

The fact you are bragging about only giving up 24 points defensively to 3-9 Vandy only highlights your defense wasn't good.

And once again, the GOAT doesn't give up 38 points in ANY form to a 3-9 team.

If you consider giving up 24 points defensively and 38 points to a 3-9 team overall to be the mark of the GOAT team, then you are the fricking idiot.

He's probably actually an intelligent guy, he's just reached that point where he believes he's so intelligent that he is incapable of being wrong.

You don’t understand football nor how Dave Aranda approached that season.

That said, 95 Nebraska has the best resume. 2019 LSU is in that group right after with 1945 Army.

1. 1995 Nebraska
2. 2020 Alabama
3. 2019 LSU
4. 1971 Nebraska

45 Army was stacked, no doubt. But I wouldn't really consider it to be in the modern era of football. I have no issue with it, but when you start looking at seasons going back that far, things are just different. Hard to find better domination though.

Florida has as many National Championships in the past 20 years as Georgia does. And you both lost the SECCG the last time you appeared, so what the frick elite shite are you talking about?

And anyone can pretend their team has accomplished something before it has, you just look retarded for doing it.

Can’t take 2020 bama seriously because they played against backups all year in front of cardboard cut outs.

Also the only team in the country to magically not have a single missed game due to covid.

It’s disqualifying for this conversation and when you really look at it that season was a bit of an outlier for the late Saban era. 2018 and on just didn’t have quite the same pop and started playing down to people a little bit more.

This of course all coincided with his 70th birthday. I actually called the decline in April 2020, which i’ve linked below. Bama fans, including you, were whistling past the graveyard.

He’s upset his retarded hypothetical thread was high jacked by another 2020 Bama v 2019 LSU debate.

For some reason no one has an opinion about a team that hasn’t played their season yet. Unbelievable.

Fine, then none of LSU's neutral site or home games count, since there weren't any opponent fans in the stands.

No, only a few missed games due to covid. And it's not magical, it's called natural immunity. Alabama players were smart enough to have covid parties in the summer, even though the media and others acted like it was terrible.

They played 13 FBS opponents and the 11 of the best 14 SEC teams in the country. In all that time, the closest anyone got to beating them was 6 points to Florida in the SECCG. 2019 LSU has MOV of 3, 5 and 7.

And for the 6 point win, I do not consider 2020 Alabama to be the GOAT. But it was a better season than 2019 LSU.

The fact you bring up meaningless shite like this only highlights your lack of a real argument.
