1. Blaming the refs for your inability to score on every possession is not helpful. I realize that denial and assigning blame are steps in the grieving process, but don't embarrass yourself like this. Alabama may have been on the receiving end of something similar last year with Clemson's final touchdown, but if Alabama had scored on any one of the previous drives in which Bama punted, that would have been a moot point.
2. Don't the conferences assign post-season officiating crews based on the accuracy of their calls during the regular season? In other words, the conference is scoring officials throughout the season and only the best ones are supposed to be assigned post-season work. Even if you won't agree on that, you supported your assault on the officiating crew's integrity by linking to a 15-year-old article, which begs two follow-up questions:
(a) Wouldn't reason dictate that the fact that someone continued to be employed in a non-union position for over a decade and a half after this incident demonstrate that they had shown continued improvement in their job performance?
(b) Isn't it reasonable that someone early in their career would be less effective than someone with 15 years experience on the job?
3. UGA's going to be competitive and Smart is much younger than Saban. Your future is bright. Don't let this game's result keep you from enjoying the glory of what was otherwise a wonderful season for Georgia.

Imagine that, Bama benefited from officiating. Amazing how that just keeps happening.

great, now we need to talk about the missed false start on the game tying TD....We'll excuse Mack Wilson's USLC foul on Fromm in exchange for Nighjay Harris getting tackled on a pass route.
This is how you know they have zero good examples.. Their go-to example play was a missed call on a Bama TD

So what are you saying?? This ref caused Georgia to lose?? Last I saw on the replay, it was a 40 yard long pass without flags that caused the Georgia loss.
Oh so you obviously didn't watch the game before that point then...

We'll give you the false start on the punt, and the missed facemask call in exchange for the TD where your guy was out of bounds. That's the best offer you're going to get. I'll draw up the paperwork if you agree.
Haha the refs reviewed it and the analysts even said it was in. His foot was in the very edge of the grass. That's not out of bounds.

I don't understand why the dumbass thought an article written in 2002 had anything to do with anything that happened "since 2002."
Because I researched other articles. He's been suspended on multiple occasions.

Wow, to be clear here.. in the SEC its LSU and Georgia fans doing most of the melting ?
I see the occasional TOSU and Sooner as well.
I love this conference, I just wasn't aware of the hate!

How do officials who get fired for poor performance get hired again? Same as coaches?
There might be a conspiracy going on!

They don’t hate, they just mad. And being mad makes them happy.

You melted hard enough that you searched for an article from 2002 about the ref?
That’s a melt.

Out of all the major college football programs out there, the powers-that-be have chosen to back the Crimson Tide, for an unprecedented dynasty.
