True. He’ll either win games and kick dingers…or miss. Not much in between.

I’ve had two kids that played 4 years of college sports. Both changed their commitments and both were glad they did. Trust your kids judgement. You raised them and they likely have the pulse of what’s going on pretty well.

At least mine did.

Be careful of posting too much personal info on here. I might just have kept this knowledge to myself...

Not sure what that means. A kicker wants to go to Florida. Literally no one gives a frick.

Point was…sucked to go the other route.

Yikes. Him on our board weeks ago

My son likes coach Fountain very much…coach is somehow getting to Tylertown MS to come see his game on Friday. That’s a haul from any airport. Probably his 7th or 8th visit down, no other coach has visited or gone to one of his games…none.

What a shame.

Treasonous. That man invested so much time when others didn’t. He believed in the unheralded high school kicker. He poured his time into the kid and got the rug pulled out from u see his feet like a chump. A good father would have been able to explain why that was a bad thing to do. I feel bad for that coach.

We don’t give a frick about the financial assistance. Not even going to go back and reference it.

Kids get paid now.

Family members fricking a gifted athlete over out of personal greed. A tale as old as time. There are SO many well documented examples of it with 5 star players.

This is just an example of how a kicker ends up waiting tables at Applebee’s to pay his D-2 tuition.

According to the many travel team parent type of posts I’ve read of his is he committed to Arkansas because he wanted to play for coach Fountain there who spent time with him and took special interest in him and so he didn’t want to play for anyone else. His dad was so proud he posted often about it.

Now, who knows because they can’t be believed. Welcome to the new college football. It’s best ole dad just drop the subject.
