Not their last trip to Baton Rouge, but the one before that. Tennessee beat LSU in Overtime...LSU went on to finish #5 in the country and UT went on to have their first losing season in nearly 20 years.

Basketball and baseball are on nice winning streaks currently despite the promises to the board LSU would “shut them hillbillies up”. As for football, Vols own the series by 10. LSU did benefit for the worst run in Vols history the last 2 meetings and did shock the world 20 years ago. But those Vols and LSU teams are out of eligibility.
If LSU doesn’t have an athletic QB that can throw under pressure it doesn’t matter how “bad” the Vols DBs are because your Oline will spend the day picking up their QB off the ground. This is a terrible matchup for LSU and they know it. The Vols front 7 is the best they will see, that O the Vols trot out will punish those slow starts LSU seems fond of this year, and LSU doesn’t have the horses to win a shootout with Tennessee.

Premeditated assault with body fluids of 10 or more people. It’s up to 1 year in jail and a fine not to exceed 1,000 but with the premeditated and number of balloons it would rise to a felony. If the OP has any STDs that are transmittable via body fluids it would automatically be a felony.

He lived in Louisiana. His base was in Louisiana. At the time, everyone could trace their roots back to the main land.

Yeah. I get that. The post suggested I advocated for that conduct. I don’t.
Technically it would be battery, not assault. And it would be simple battery unless the piss in the balloon contained HIV.
You might make an argument that it is sexual battery, because the victims, if this board is representative, are a bunch of ps.
