This post just demonstrates how ignorant you really are. The university, any university, does not pay players NIL. That is not how it works. You should spend more time trying to understand how it works before posting on the rant and making a fool of yourself.
If this is really true, why would Evan Stewart stay at A&M? He has not entered the portal. He has NIL deals that have been documented. Would you stay at your job for 2 years if you were not getting paid?

Texas A&M and/or the University of Oklahoma or any other university does not directly pay players NIL money. It is against the law. NIL funds are paid by private advertisers, collectives, and others who want to use that players Name, Image and/or Likeness in their advertising, promotions, etc. The universities do not pay the athletes. That may change in the future but it does not work that way right now.

I'd think there would be a complete revolt and the vast majority of the team would be in the portal if this were 100% true for all the players.
Possible there was some sort of "don't get suspended" clause in there that we know Stewart couldn't abide by.
