My personal favorites are South Carolina and Arkansas. Small in numbers though they may be, they're both scrappy and entertaining.
I may get downvotes by my fellow Dawgs for this, but any rating of SEC fanbases has to have UGA in the bottom half. The passion of this fanbase is amazing, but in terms of knowledge and reasonability we do not get high marks. We also take troll bait like no one else.

I like the LSU fans on here. Doesn't seem to be very many UGA fans but they dont seem too bad either. I've always liked the Auburn group as well.
