So since 2015 Georgia is 10-4 against the west taking Alabama out of the equation and LSU is 11-3 against the East. Funny. It looks fairly even to me

Did you count SEC title games? And LSU still has a better record either way.

Yes. I counted all of the games leaving out Alabama.
And it's not like there is some huge divide.

I'm not going to promise you that I didn't miss one, though!
I did try to get it as accurate as possible. Go back and check, if you want. Honestly I was a little surprised. I mean, it's no secret that the West has been better than the east. At one time (When MState and Ole Miss was doing really well) it wasn't even close. It has tightened up a bit. The SEC of today isn't as strong as it was a few years ago.

If you stop and think about it, the west typically has 2-3 really strong teams and then the rest, and now that Florida is getting really good the east should make up some ground. The west will still be better, but at least the east won't be a complete embarrassment.

Would you like for me to check and see how Auburn has done against the "weak" east since 2015?

Why are you calling us out to him?

You Tigahs sure like to ride those Alabama coattails

And LSU just had one of the best seasons ever, last year. Pretty sure neither Auburn nor LSU is riding Alabama’s coattails. There’s one West school that is though.

Because I know that you (Auburn) are yearly one of the very best teams in the west. I mean, I eliminated Alabama, and I am talking about LSU, what team would be the next best team from the west year in and year out, and beat the other two teams on a fairly regular basis?
Don't be sensitive. It was a compliment.

The point of the statement is that if you check head to head east verses west and take Alabama out of the equation the divisions are pretty close to being equal. yet west teams not named Alabama run around talking about how much better the west is and how weak the east is. The facts say that they are pretty equal if you take Alabama out of the equation.

It was not necessarily meant as a slap down to y'all or LSU....just a reminder that the divisions aren't quite as lopsided as some on here would like for us to believe.

It's a fair question, and I answered it. Stop being so sensitive. It was a compliment that I consider y'all as good or better than Alabama and LSU most years.

That coaching change and subsequent trolling are making you guys paranoid.

You guys do realize I did Georgia, too, right?

The last five years have seen a lot of change and evolution within the SEC.

Has this list the past 5 years been a whole lot different than the previous 5? Kentucky being where they are is the only one that stands out at first glance.

It was because I consider you a power in the west. It is much more impressive if the east does well against Auburn than say, Arkansas or MState.

Alabama fans can tell you where they were on each of these 6 losses.

- Sitting on the couch and screaming, “Got damn, OJ! You gotta catch that baaawwwl And frick Katie Perry and her corndog!”
- Sitting on couch at home screaming at Big XII or B1G refs to call one fricking penalty against the opponent.
- In the car, taking the wife to the Jax FL airport to go to the Philippines, screaming at Jalen to “throw the damn baaawwwl!”
- Watching from the palatial SEW bedroom suite, screaming at Locksley, et al, “WTF ARE YOU DOING?”
- Sitting in a Mexican bar, drinking mucho cervesas and screaming at the teevee, “Why you drop that ball unabated, Tua?” Also, “No way in hell is this LSU team one of the best ever.” I have been since been proven correct on that point.
- Helping my elderly mom at her house set up her fake-arse Christmas tree, screaming “Why you throwing another pick 6, Mac? Why???“
