Check yourself

Mississippi has a strong literary history. I don't think bama has much to add in regards to the literary discussion.

I liked the MSU uniforms of the late 70's and early 80's, Maroon, no stripes on the sleeves, just white TV numbers, I can't remember the helmet but there wasn't much going on there other than that it was Maroon, too. The pants were white. Just simple uniforms.

That and they ran the wishbone. Loved it.

The best State uniforms without question are those of the late 90s

We might have something close to that. Supposedly we are doing a redesign for this year.

Hope y'all go back to white facemasks. The gray ones just don't look good with the helmet to me.

We shall see, but Kellen Mond and Ross Bjork have definitely hinted at a new, potentially throwback style, design.

These were the best until we decided to screw them up. Big and bold Power T with big, oversized numbers.

You missed one thing...the truly old school two-striped pants.

I'm surprised they aren't trying to prop up their egg bowl uniforms with the gold detailing. I think every state fan creamed their pants when those got revealed.

I hated them. I wish we could settle on a "traditional" look but it seems unlikely. The regular look the last few years has been better but we always undo any progress with the "special" ones. At least we have baseball

South Carolina too low.
Kentucky, Vandy, and Mizzou all have awful uniforms.

State's have gotten a lot better in the last few years by going to a more classic look. The only change I would make would be to remove the "Mississippi State" from the front of the jersey and replace it with "State" in a block font.

Impressive list of writers. Throw in the Blues musicians and Mississippi’s cultural history is very strong.

It's funny that A&M and MSU have literally the same exact jerseys, yet A&M is 7th and MSU is dead last.
