With some Alabama fans saying that UT is their biggest rival you are right. Our rivalry has more hatred. No MU or kU fan is confused on who the biggest enemy

But I agree with the other SEC People. Its time to let kU go. I will always hate them, but they need us WAY more than we need them at this point.

Yeah, because you've brought so much to the table so far. What would the SEC do without y'all? I'm guessing you think the Big 12 is going to collapse tomorrow without y'all.

No. He fell up a flight of stairs. Tragic story, really.

Your #4 should be #3. Bama vs LSU maybe big NOW, simply because of bama's coach

It's been big since LSU hired Bear Bryant's assistant as their head coach.

LSU and Alabama have played the same number of games that Alabama and Auburn have, 77. Alabama won the first two SEC championships, LSU won the next two - it's been game on ever since. For some reason a lot of people seem to want to believe that LSU and Alabama only started playing against each other in '92. I grew up in the 70's HATING Alabama - almost as much as Tulane.

I'd say Arkansas-Ole Miss, but we're on the same side of things now, so the hate isn't there anymore, it's more of a mutual understanding now.

Arkansas wants to hate LSU, A&M, and Missouri, but only Missouri seems to give a rip about that.

In reality, the ranking goes like this:

1. LSU vs the SEC
2. LSU vs LSU fans
3. Erybody else...

Auburn vs Georgia should be way higher. Those two teams do not like each other at all. Historically, Georgia-Auburn game has been one of the dirtiest games in the SEC.

Sports Illustrated I think had a stat that measured personal fouls per rivalry game and ranked the dirtiest rivalries.

UGA-UF was number one with like 6.5 personal fouls per game, which is ridiculous.

UGA-AU was second with around 5 iirc. That's still a lot.

If you watch those two games, though, it makes sense, especially the WLOCP. There is more shite talking, late hits, unnecessary roughness, and taunting than in any rivalry out there. Usually the refs let some of it go.

The refs this year had a quick whistle to try to keep it under control. They failed. 250 yds of combined penalties.

Yea, those games are dirty. I have a theory that with instate rivalries there is so much pressure that kids don't normally act up. Auburn-Alabama is intense, but it is usually a clean game. With the Georgia-Auburn game the kids are just trying to knock each other the eff out. There is way more trash talking and dirty play all around.

I think so too. I also think that UGA-UF is a slight step up because there is more of a state pride factor. Most of the guys on the respective rosters are from that state. With Auburn, it seems like half the team is Ga guys, and the players are more friends with each other. Obviously it's still dirty as frick though.

The neutral site for the WLOCP may have something to do with it too.

I could see a Bama, LSU, Georgia, SC, or Florida fan saying this. But an Ole Miss fan? Really?

Can't believe nobody mentioned UGA-Carolina. UGA hates our guts and are scared to death about losing 4 in a row to us. Although I would say it's mainley the UGA side, we don't give a shite about schools we owned recently (like UGA).
