Rank the cleanest football programs to the less than clean and leave your team out. I will add them up and get rid of any outliers.
1. Vanderbilt
2. South Carolina
3. Kentucky
4. Miss St
5. A&M
6. Arky
7. Uga
8. Mizz
9. Tenn
10. Bama
11. LSU
12. Aub
13. Miss
I could be off, it's up for discussion. Some schools have reps for being dirty even though they may have cleaned up their act. I was going to do overall programs, but let's just stick to football.

Aggy is clean. When you have as much gay sex as we do, you know how to clean some shite up.

How much are these other programs offering all the kids we miss on if we are paying so well? We have been killed three years in a row on NSD.
Edit: state's current staff has put them on probation for paying kids not to visit other schools and they get that low on a list with zero thought put into it.

You guys realize teams can be bad and still be cheating their asses off, right? It's not some sort of 1 to 1 cheat to win ratio.

Kentucky was on probation for football weren't they?
We all know their basketball program is dirtier than TT9's vagina.

Hey I could be wrong. I just remember you guys going on probation over paying the recruiting guy who pushed the Texas kid to Oregon. I can change my list if you convince me I am wrong.
Let me see your rankings. I want everyone's and I will average them.

I have no idea how to rank these teams. No one knows what is going on behind the curtain(except Ole Miss of course).

Yeah some coaches don't do as well with talent and a bad QB situation can screw everything up (Auburn).

That's why I said football. Get me your rankings and I want to average them. This is a participatory thread.

I was looking for UF to gauge the OP's objectivity, but realized they've left the SEC..

Over 20 years without football probation. I'd put one of the at least 10 other schools who have been on probation behind them.

It's just an opinion poll. No animals will be sacrificed in the tallying of the poll.

truth- may as well just draw the names out of a hat to put them in order as far as we know.

I think Mizzou is the only SEC football program without a major NCAA violation at any point in its history.

So reading is hard for you. I am asking for everyone's own poll minus their team. We all know everyone will rank their own team too high.
