1. North Carolina
2. Kentucky*
3. Duke*
4. Kansas
5. UCLA
The only change that I would make is putting UCLA @1 and everybody slides down one. The win % of UCLA titles when they reach the final 4 is 60%. That will never be beat IMHO.

UCONN should be much much higher.
They have won 6 titles since 1999.
UK has won 5 since the color TV came out and only 3 since the 3 point line was invented.

Duke didn’t win a title until 1991
Is their blood really blue?

I don't think they're a BB. They never even made the F4 until 99.

That’s a wild way to look at it. I’d much rather be UCONN than anyone on that list minus maybe Duke.
Duke won their first title in 1991.
UCLA has won one title since 1975

UK win the NIT in 1946 when it was a “National Championship” and in 1954 won the AP National Championship when they were 25-0 and declined an NCAA bid. But one thing greater than a National Championship was won by the 1948 team. The Olympic Gold Medal.
UK-Red, White and Blue blood.

UCLA ...
Yes, they won many titles before their were 64 teams, but the expansion brought in worse teams. Do you think any of those Wooden teams that won titles would have been knocked out in the first round? They won their 10 championship games under Wooden by an average of 13.4 PPG. They won 38 consecutive NCAA Tournament Games under Wooden. Argue over who is 2nd.

Florida's numbers since 1985 (since 2000)
National Titles: 2 (2)
Champ game appearances: 3 (3)
Final 4s: 6 (5)
Elite Eights: 10 (9)
Tournament appearances: 25 (19)
NCAA tournament record: 52-22 70.2%
(43W 16L) (72.8%)
*For Florida their first tournament was in 1987 so the first number is basically our total*
Also fun fact....Florida is the only program in the nation to be undefeated vs UCLA (playing more than 2 times)
Florida is 4-0 vs UCLA (all tourney games)

Also the only 5 schools with at least 100+ NCAAT wins. Next closest is Louisville at 76.
UK 134
UNC 133
Duke 123
KU 117
UCLA 116

Best to just do top 10 and remove Louisville.

They really are “blue” bloods - everyone of them has blue as an official color - even UConn

They have 41 Tournament appearances and 7 Final Fours. They are a legit program even without the 2003 season.
Think they only have 6 Final Fours.
Kind of interesting seeing these stats and what UF could start to put up here, especially if Golden can build on this year and everything Donovan did.
Just compared to a program like Syracuse:
Both have 10 E8's and 6 Final Fours. Both have 3 championship game appearances, UF however is 2-1 and Syracuse is 1-2.
Who knows what happens from here, but goes to show just how far UF has shot up the ranks in 30 years and makes you appreciate what we had in Donovan, and hopefully what we have in Golden for years to come.
