. I in no way think Beck played a good game, I've never thought he was a good QB. With that being said, the only reason UGA put up 23 points on 68 yards was because Quinn kept turning the ball over. Silly int, sack fumble on the corner blitz (his responsibility to see) and Mykel Williams strip sack (if he stepped up it wouldn't have happened). UGA had 1 successful real offensive drive all night and it was due to a trick play. Overall I think it's a little unfair to say "the only reason you even scored half the points you did was because of a Carson Beck turnover putting you in the redzone." when that's how UGA got most of their points.
If Beck doesn’t throw a bad pic inside the 10 yard line, Georgia is up 30-0 at half and the biggest game in Austin’s history is essentially over 30 minutes in. The game wasn’t as close as the score. Georgia played a D+ game on offense and still whooped the frick out of you.

If Quinn and Arch don't turn the ball over 4 times on our side of the field...

Cool, I'd give the Texas offense an F on Saturday.

There’s a big difference. You had absolutely nothing all game. You had no run game. Your line couldn’t block. You brought in your back up QB and he turned the ball over. You were sacked 7 times. You were 2/15 on 3rd down. Your QBs were both visibly shaken by Georgia defense.
Georgia was averaging 10 yards a pop rushing the ball in the first half, a decent argument could be made that if they stuck to it with Ettiene they would’ve been up 35-0 at half and not 23-0.
You can’t point to any indication with any variable Texas wins this game. You were flat out dominated.

Someone doesn't seem to understand a "F" grade.

He looks like an over hyped 1st round bust.

Seems the test Texas faced was far too difficult for them, which is why they got an F.

3 year starter that still has that deer in headlights look. Making freshmen mistakes. Missing open receivers, we can go on and on. He doesn't have it and our coach lacks the spine to make the change. Quinn is going to face melt in college station if he's still starting.

Difficult, yes. Too difficult? No. Texas figured it out in the second half (230 yards of offense and 0 turnovers).
Props to Georgia, that defense sure as shite wasn't the same one they put on film the prior week.

Well, technically it was too difficult. You lost the game by 2 touchdowns at your house and trailed by at least 2 scores for over half the game.

You obviously didn’t or you would’ve won the game. Is this a Texas thing just saying bullshite that means nothing?
You scored twice out of 6 possessions (one being on UGA’s 9 yard line), was sacked twice, fumbled , and went 2/15 on 3rd down. You really “figured it out” all right.

Yes. 2 scores >1 score.

You realize we’re talking about the second half right? Texas did not have 15rd downs in the second half.

Spoken like someone who’s never touched a blade of grass. You can figure out how to schematically adjust and have success, but not win.
Having 221 second half yards 2 TDs and 1 fumble( basically a turnover on downs) vs 38 first half yards 0TDs and 3 turnovers would be considered “figuring it out”.

Let me pretend to be Quinn.
1. I got hurt trying to be Mr. All American.
2. Season started with some real easy teams. Michigan made me look great.
3. Getting into SEC play and these guys are fast and stronger than what I’m accustomed too. Might get hurt again.
4. My confidence level is low.
5. I’m making good nil money but 2nd or 3 rd round draft would be life changing. I can play for a second contract and make Big money in 5 years.
6. I can’t let myself get hurt. I can’t take any unnecessary chances so I must play conservative.
7. I might get benched. I don’t give a shite. I’ll get ready for NFL.
Just my take.

Lmao first you had no turnovers. Now you had a fumble that was “basically a turnover on downs” making up things as you go lol. Apparently converting TWO third downs in the second half is “figuring it out.” Delusional

Spoken like a dipshit making things up as he goes along. “We didn’t have a turnover in the second half” “oh yeah we fumbled but doesn’t count” lmao delusional. Utterly delusional.
You never led and trailed by 2 scores for over half the game. Sugar coat whatever you want lmao

No, I just forgot about that fumble. For some reason I thought it happened in the first half. If I was trying to hide that, I just would’ve stuck with my original statement of “0 turnovers”. Anyways it was a 4th and 6 strip sack so basically a turnover on downs.

Going 2/5 is improvement from 0/10… so yes Texas was figuring it out. Lol

Yet despite being down 23-0 Texas outscored Georgia 15-7 in the second half.
On a side note, you seem pretty angry. Try not to let anonymous people on the internet rile you up so much bud.

Anything can mean anything if you constantly move goal posts and cant even stick with what you say lmao.
From “0 turnovers” to “1 turnover that doesn’t count” apparently. From “figured out Georgia’s defense” to “figuring it out” lmao. Simply delusional.

Texas wouldn’t have scored at all if the refs didn’t get involved in the second half. It was blatant

Real talk he appears to have a case of the RG3s. He’s good and then get pressured and falls apart.
