Damn, that's actually a pretty selfish POS thing to do. Never thought about it like that. Johnny may not have the best relationship with his dad, but he loves his mother, unlike Archie.

You clearly don't know shite about the saints in those days. What I got from the film is that it was clear that once he had kids, that was the priority in his life. I'm not taking away from his game because he was a very, very good player, but you have to think the reason he never left that god awful saints team is because he wanted to have a stable home life.
