Either vaccines must be relatively safe or there hasn’t been a rational scientific basis to show that they’re harmful, because otherwise mass tort lawyers would’ve had a field day with lawsuits by now.

Agreed - this movie was terrible. I guess there was supposed to be some deeper meaning, but it just seemed like nonsense to me.
jbgleason is right. The AG could prosecute something that a DA chooses to ignore, but it would have to be an extraordinary set of circumstances.
