Wow, yet another public manifestation of your ignorance, stupidity and Whorn mentality. Actually I was accepted into Texas, as well as A&M and three others. Both my degrees came from A&M, unlike you, who obviously acquired the Texas affiliation from the tshirt rack at Academy. Lol. The whorns drink from the same well, (actually about 10,000 plus in the Permian Basin) as A&M does. You used your share to build and perpetuate a liberal shithole. and unwilling to expand and do what you were suppose to do with the PUF, provide education to kids of Texas. The Aggies in the other hand, expanded their campus, provided a network and education second to none. Texas has stagnated the last fifty years, A&M has not, little brother Tu can’t handle it. Lol

Not SEC Ready.

Rodo makes the case to support something I internally believe.

Texas won't even be in the SEC in 10 years. IF the SEC still exists.

Hell I think small groups of schools should band together if they want any power. (ex. Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas or something...)

Once they get us into 16+ team media packages the school will eventually lose control.

This is why I predict it will go back the other way - although NOBODY else is predicting that right now.

Funny how much the sips care about us, even sending a bunch of frat boys to Reed last night to root for the Missouri volleyball team against the Ags.

You should look up the local AA chapter. Then if you ever get sober and off drugs, take your own advice. Just stop with your stupidity. Get an education beyond your GED.

Careful, because now I am actually questioning whether you went to A&M.

I personally liked it better when texas and OU were boxed out in the Big 12 babysitting the techs, baylors and K/I/Ok-states of the college football world.
But I'm not mad we have to play them now, and a lot of Aggies are beyond excited the game is back so I'd say it's a net positive.

I wanted Texas to join the B1G to be around more peer institutions. We don't always get what we want.

It is no coincidence that the story of Texas & OU joining the SEC broke one month to the day of the SCOTUS decision allowing players to be paid. Texas would ony consider joining the SEC if everyone was on a level playing field.

I know that the truth upsets a lot of you people, but Texas was never boxed out of the SEC (or any conference). Texas could (and did) join the SEC any time it wanted to join.

Even Mizzou fans understand A&M knows itself only through the lens of t.u.

Any fool (or institution) that is so insecure as to stipulate a deal in that manner - just begs to be humiliated and double-crossed.

That is the epitomy of little brother syndrome - joining something with Clause A1.1 being that none of your old friends can join.

And that is SOOOO Aggie. I mean 100%

Not me. I wanted SEC all along. A conference of fans who love football. B1G is boring.

This is why I think A&M would join the B1G. You see, they race toward anything that they perceive would indicate "elitism".

They could finally be "better" than Texas by joining the B1G. And they can justify it by crying over Texas being admitted in the SEC.

It lays out perfectly. I can't believe we haven't already heard rumbles.

The total lack of self awareness is amazing. No one talked about being in a league of "peer institutions" more than Bill Powers and DeLoss Dodds. That's why they were so excited about finally being allowed to join the Pac, after having been blackballed by Stanford back in the '80s, only to get cold feet when they learned that A&M wasn't going to follow their lead. No school has spent more time chasing elite status than the one in Austin.

It’s funny how Texas followed A&M, making them the little brother with regards to the SEC.

My opinion is there hasn't been enough of this sort of opinion.

Texas followed A&M. Period. Yet it got framed as them winning some sort of prize after years of them hating on and talking down the SEC. It is complete bullshite they weren't forced to eat more crow when they asked for that invite

With that said, it is nice to see SEC fans reject some of their too cute bullshite, like how no self respecting LSU fan is going to type out "Aggy"

I don't see anything wrong with following A&M. Have you ever heard of sending a canary into a coal mine? Do you take any medication that hasn't been first administered to lab rats?

Seems kinda intelligent to me.

Yall are just pissed because the SEC as a whole has blown off Aggy when the Big 12 runts ate it up

By the time yall came to the SEC we had already established our own lore with the folks here. They had their own reasons to hate our weirdness without your help
