Rods alright... nothing special IMO.

Jim Fyffe will forever be the gold standard for AU radio.

I was actually listening to the game on radio and he never implied a conspiracy. He said the clock had been expired for two seconds when the ball was snapped which was incorrect but never said anything about the office conspiring. He just kept saying over and over the play shouldn't count.

Last year's iron bowl he was a little bitch but not Saturday.

Why is an Alabama fan listening to an Auburn broadcast on the radio?

You must be new to this whole Iron Bowl thingy.

He must be... I know as much about Bama's team as I do Auburn's. It is good to know your enemy.

White complained big time when Williams (AU LB) got called for targeting and ejected.

"What is a defender supposed to do? Explain that to me. There is no way a defender should be punished for targeting when the runner is the one who forced it by going low."

etc.. etc..

And then when LSU's DE got called for targeting, the replay refs in B-ham overturned the ejection. Stan White and Rod were like "Ahahaha Of course!"

Yes they are homers. I don't mind it. Every school's own broadcasters are supposed to be homerish.

He is a pu55y. Plain and simple. Least favorite commentator. .././/.....of all time. He is a real POS. Auburn should be embarrassed.

I really like Rod and Stan for our broadcast. Typically, I will listen to games rather than watch them. However, they can both be whiny little fricks when it comes to referees. It's the one thing I'd get them to change if I could, but at least they aren't Eli Gold!

No. He said if this play isn't overturned there is something wrong at the SEC offices.

How would you like to have your life depend on a correct call by that officiating crew? They are the same crew that had called the Alabama Ole Miss game the previous week. When they screw up a call, there is no conspiracy involved- just predicable incompetence.

I find it ironic that Les Miles' ultimate fate came down to a review of one of their muffed calls.

Some of us listen to hear Stan have an on air melt. And in a close game he will have several.

They don't make 'em like Fyffe anymore.

I've never listened to an Auburn broadcast so he might be ok 90% of the time for all I know, but I have checked out Stan White's meltdowns when they have been brought to my attention here. It's reallllll embarrassing. count seems to just about cover it.
