So because he threw 3 ints our defense is bad? Don't forget the fumble by malena. Lsu had 4 extra possessions and only won by 5. Sounds like the defense is just fine.
So your making a point by saying since LSU didn't score on us much then our defense is fine!! hahaha another delusional A&M fan!!! Statistically your D is horrible so idk where this dumbass logic is coming from!!

State's defense is no LSU or UF... that's for Damn sure.

I guess we will find out this weekend
I don't get how we are terrible for losing bad to the #1 team in the nation, yet we beat a decent Tennessee team worse than BOTH South Carolina and Georgia did.
FWIW Our defense is averaging forcing 3 turnovers at home. Better hope yall's backs dont have fumbleitis like they did at Ole Miss.

A&M's offense is mediocre. Sure, Manziel is a really good QB, but look at their scoring against decent to good SEC teams (Auburn and Arkansas had quit when playing them).
17 vs FL. all in the 1st half
19 vs LSU. 12 in the first half, and 7 at the last minute.
23 vs Ole Miss. 7 was from a pick 6. They were shutout in the 2nd and 3rd. Ole Miss didn't have the depth to finish the game.
They average a whopping 20 points a game offensively against the 3 decent SEC teams. Manziel is good, but their offense is a one-trick pony. Once the defense figures it out, he pretty much has been shut down. In addition, their D is not good enough to hold a lead and win the game for them.

I predict Johnny fricking Football for a half, and Johnny Doesn't fricking Know Where He Is for a half.

Kindly go introduce yourselves on the OT and figure out how this site works before joining the rant, thanks and gig'em.
Wouldn't want you guys to embarrass yourselves any more than you already have in this thread.

And all it takes to "figure him out" is a defense chalked full of NFL talent--which you don't have.
Love dismissing Johnny's performances against Arky and AU. Yeah, those just don't count. Other than Bama, no one has done or will do to either of those teams what A&M did. But please continue your attempt to nail this down by pointing to the subjective mindset of those teams.
MSU has yet to beat a team with a winning record. Before you qualify our performances, consider your own.

Your D will have no answer. You don't have the players. You are severely out-manned on that side of the ball.

Who has done better than JFF against LSU and Florida's defense?
I think it's hilarious that you're defining JFF by the two ELITE defenses he's played against (despite him being more productive against said defenses than anyone else has this season)as opposed to the other 6 defenses.
Not every defense is LSU, Florida and Bama and to act like they are just the norm he should be judged against is dumb...

You'll see neither. JJJ will skull-drag the grinders.

UGA destroyed UT in Knoxville. You guys had a last second TD that made a tight game look better at the end in Starkville.
Manziel is a Freshman and has had some rough patches this year. Against OM A&M had 6 Turnovers and against LSU we had 5. If we do that then State should win, without a doubt. Of course in the other 6 games we played we didn't have more than 1 TO so it's hardly a given they will occur.
It's also simply incorrect to say that Manziel is the "one trick pony" for A&M's offense. A&M rushed for 352 last week and Manziel only had 90 of that. Malena, Michael, and Williams are all legit RB's. A&M has some very real WR talent as well for Manziel to throw to. It's a very, very difficult offense to stop especially because of the OL filled with NFL talent. Relying on Manziel to make mistakes is a dangerous strategy because it's hardly a guarantee, you may look up and be down 21 points in a flash as well.
The real battle imo will be if A&M's D can stop State's O. A&M has a questionable secondary and there is some vulnerability there. The key is avoiding 3rd and long situations where the A&M pass rush is so fierce.

JS&M shows up but Aggys leave with a win.

Ole Miss's defense is definitely not elite, yet they shut down Johnny Football for almost 3 quarters. They figured out your gimmicky offense and put on the brakes. The only reasons they didn't win that game was because of Freeze's brain fart on 4th down and lack of depth. They held your vaunted O to 23 points, about inline with Florida's 17 and LSU's 19.

A&M has a good offense, but it runs through Manziel if you contain him you will win. However you have to have some speed at the end positions and good cover corners. You have to rush up field and stay in your lanes, if you rush at him he will burn you.
