Last year, the vaunted land shark defense held Alabama in check. If memory serves correct, lsu was the first team who actually decided to just run straight at your defense all game long.

Did Bama try to pound the rock too, but with little success? Or did they dink and dunk?

I'm asking because I would think Bama is going to try to pound Henry between the tackles this year.

We lost our starting center and didn't have shite for a backup, made pounding the rock very tough for us. Hoping we are successful in running the ball down their throats this year.

Ole Miss game was where Drake got hurt too.

Bama should ride those two this weekend.

Ole Miss is to much for any team to handle this season. It will be a glorious year for Rebel fans. Enjoy the excitement of a national title Rebel fans!

Yeldon had a good game. Henry had a very bad game. Drake got hurt.

We had 44 rushing attempts, so I'd say we tried. The whole offense seemed dead after Drake and Kelly went down.

Yeah, they should utilize the LSU game plan so they can score 10 points instead of their game plan which produced 10 points

Didn't we turn the ball over like 4 times in the redzone?

Lsu beat you down, but stop trying to hijack the thread.

I hope that's their strategy; it wasn't very effective at scoring points last year, for anyone, and should be even less so this year with the beefier DL we will have.

I forgot that LSu is the only team to have turnovers.

Don't make me post the rushing stats. I'll do it.

But seriously this isn't an lsu thread.

I don't give a shite about your rushing stats. Bottom line was you only scored 10 points. LSu fans bragging about anything offensively in that game is why we like to make fun of LSU fans.

It was your defense that lit our asses up that night.

O-Line didn't perform well all around. Yeldon did okay, but Henry wasn't the animal he is now. Sims also played very poorly until the last drive.

Don't forget, they look at yards allowed as the ultimate defensive stat too.

You scored 10 points. 10...

Had our QB not been as dumb as your coach it would've gone to OT.

Maybe they should just use the defensive game plan then that LSU used and shut your arse down. 10-7 bitches.
