It’s not perfect, but it’s a big step in the right direction to bring sanity back to college sports.

Pass it and there will be no need for the NCAA. If they can run this thing without Congress intervening then the NCAA is useless.

One correction and I may be wrong, but it only needs 60 votes for cloture, that is ending debate. Final passage need only be a simple majority.
