ETA: In re: to the teabagging incident, the perpetrator more than likely wouldn't have done what he did without the attention of his friends. That still doesn't excuse the act. It perhaps could be a mitigating factor in the eyes of the law, but probably not. I guess we'll see.

Ain't it funny how your folk's were always up your arse about your friends, and you couldn't stand it. And as soon as you have kids, you're just as far in their arse about theirs. Something's never change.

While I don't condone the Krystal baller's actions, I have said from day one that NOPD had bigger things to worry about i.e. the murder rate.
Keep your concerns about the murder rate in your own state...how bout Birmingham's murder rate??..the kid is getting what he deserves..Bammers or Teabaggers, thought this shite was really funny until the teabagger was identified..now he will be prosecuted as he should be...ROLL TEABAGGERS...

If people read the comments on Nola.com, it's not hard to see why he went this route. People are a little irritated right now about the murder rate and the inefficiency of the police department. The D.A. wants to be reelected. It's business.

This complete lack of remorse or acknowledgement of the seriousness of the crime is exactly why he should do 25 years.
