We lose one good player on defense (the best defense in the conference by the way), you lose your three best players and you're still clearly the more talented group?

We played a more difficult schedule than you, and head to head, your higher rated offense put up less yards on our defense than our woeful offense put up on your defense.

You're running back group is better than ours when we have Trent Richardson and you have a bunch of talented but unproven players?

Again, LSU outrushed Alabama this year. Spencer Ware had over 100 yds rushing against TAMU and averaged 10 yds per carry. I like our chances to out rush UA again, especially since we expect to have a better passing offense this year.

LOL, I'm having an argument with the biggest homer in the world.

When you start resorting to name-calling, I know the facts are getting to you.

Honestly, AU feels Bama's Home field advantage is negligible.

2011 will be a damn exciting season, just like 2010 was and maybe even moreso...

1. Bammer- 11-1...they good, but not undefeated good

2. LSU- 11-1...probably slightly better than Bammer, but will slip in T-Town

3. UPig- 9-3...wins tie-breaker over State by winning at home, but cant win @T-Town or @BR

4. State- 9-3...I want to say 10 wins, but until we actually beat LSU, Bammer, or UPig in Arkansas- just cant predict it. Putting the stake thru Nutts heart will be fun though

5. Aubarn- 6-6...not a flame, not trolling- reality is only 9 starters return, depleted OL and Secondary, a green QB, and a tough schedule is too much to overcome in 2011

6. Mississippi- 5-7...a good OL, good RB, average WR's, no QB and a defense that would struggle in Conference USA dooms Nutts. The schedule does him no favors either, with only winnable SEC games on the road. And Mullen refuses to take a knee in 2011 making the rivalry even uglier.

why do you list this here, but ignore it in Alabama's case? Did A.J. McCarron do something spectacular in mop up duty this year that I missed?

Because his OL returns, along with an outstanding WR in Maze, and Richardson- who I think will be the SEC's best RB in 2011.

I use to coach this shite for a living- OC for 11 of my 13 years- and the toughest seasons were ALWAYS when you had to rebuild your OL. No matter how talented they were- the experience of playing together and knowing what each of them do in live action to build trust is the most important thing to your offense.

A new QB + a new OL is a tough season. Even if every one of them are 5-star players- it's going to take time for them to come together.

Also, everybody knows how damn good of a defensive coach Saban is- yet his new secondary got exposed a few times in 2010. Aubarn's secondary got exposed this season with a bunch of Sr's- they will have some problems with a new group next year- especially early

State goes 11-1. LSU will be that 1 loss. They win out in east and non-conference.

Les Miles has never lost fewer than 2 games even with the easiest of his schedules. LSU's schedule next year is one of the most brutal in recent memory, and they have to come to Alabama in addition to playing Oregon and West Virginia out of conference.

So I really don't understand how some of you blind LSU fans are predicting an undefeated or 1-loss season when Les Miles hasn't been able to do that in the best of times. I hope all LSU fans really do expect a national championship next year, because the meltdown is gonna be epic.

I seriously want a ban bet with you for the AU/MSU game. Add a little spice to the offseason.

All your "facts" have accomplished is a contradictory bullshite statement.

For your first point you try and convince us that LSU had a superior defense to Alabama. You extrapolated from one head-to-head game, which is hardly representative of an entire season (or an entire season of stats, for that matter - which, by the way, clearly show Alabama to be the better defense). But whatever, let's just go ahead and concede that LSU had a better defense so we can skip ahead to your bullshite.

For your second point, you say that LSU has a better running game because they outrushed Alabama in a head-to-head game. Do you see where I'm going with this? If LSU had a superior defense (which we already "established" so you wouldn't get your panties in a wad), they SHOULD do a better job of stopping a rushing attack than our inferior defense, right? So how on earth can you surmise that your rushing attack is better?

I realize my whole argument probably went way over your head and that you don't even recognize that my "facts" just owned your "facts," but I suggest you shut the frick up until you're capable of forming a simple, logical argument that doesn't contradict itself at every turn.

Nick Saban didn't have an undefeated year coaching in the SEC until his eighth season. He only had one season with less than two losses before that. So it can definitely change.

Chizik had a coaching record of 13-24 before this past season and just went undefeated. He is a horrible coach too and it still happened.

And we have the winner of the argument.

1. LSU - call me a homer but I think LSU and Bama will be close I choose my team for this list.
2. Bama - I worry about the new QB but with the OL and Richardson they will do fine.
3. Arky - I fear this team next year I know Mallet is gone, but they found a running game and Petrino always does well passing.
4. MSU - Still not enough to get over the hump but Mullen will keep steady improvement.
5. AU - As stated new QB and new OL is just to much to predict a stellar season, anything can happen though.
6. Ole Miss - This has turned into a dumpster fire and the SECW is no place to half arse it.

Can't wait till September, first time I have ever thrown a prediction out that I can recall. I know it will be wrong and thrown in my face come next December.

Can any other division of any conference look at next year and have this many teams with this much talent? The top 2 should just play for the BCS title huh? If the SECe starts to get back in form we might as well succeed and start our own league.
