USCe is going to do well this year. Not a 10 win regular season or anything, 9-3 + a win in a bowl game in a decent bowl.

I also don't think LSU isnt going to be as bad as everyone is saying. They have to much talent to shite the bed.

Worse: Auburn. They’re picked almost universally to win 10 games. Typically they’ll either do that and win the West or totally shite themselves and go 7-5 or 8-4.

Way to go out on a limb there with your prediction So they'll be pretty good and win the West or they'll be a bit better than average. Gotta love tRant.

My point was that their margin for error will be razor thin. They could definitely drop the USCe game early in the season, and if they lose to both Auburn and LSU, then USC could lose three SEC games and still end up in ATL (for example).

Also, Auburn was a shell of their regular season selves by that point in ATL. It wasn't just being away from home, but yes, it definitely helps them. UGA could definitely beat Auburn, and if that's the case, losing to LSU on the road wouldn't be a huge deal (for title game purposes).

Yes, I really think this is very possible, again, because I think there are going to be elite defenses in the West this year.

1. USCe will win the SEC East.

2. Pruitt will quit after the season.

A&M should be better then most expect . They have good talent and now they have a better coaching staff.

State will fall short of what most people think . People are putting them up at the top of the West with Auburn behind Bama. They are going to miss Mullen and they putting all of their hope on Fitzgerald staying healthy.

1) Fitzgerald has a bum year returning from injury and Miss St has off year with new head coach, but beats A&M.
2) Fromm pulls a hamstring, Fields takes over shows he’s more dynamic, Kirby then plays 2 QBs.
3) A surprise team from the East rises up and makes it a very close race.
4) Ole Miss losses every conference game.

Towards the end of the season, Jeremy Pruitt and Phil Fulmer stage a cage match to settle the score from UT's 2-8 season. Yes, I know there are normally 12 games, but the Vols quit playing football after getting trucked in the UK game and declare themselves a women's basketball school.

Auburn's eagle flies outside the stadium before the Iron Bowl and gets shot shot down by Harvey Updyke, who is pissed because he's banned from the stadium for life. He still sports his Bama cap, shirt, pants, socks, shoes, and underdrawers, and his shotgun has a crimson stock with the Bammer logo on it.

The one time they played an elite team in the regular season, they got blasted at Auburn, and I mean blasted.

I guess there is a big gap between 10 (Auburn) and 11(Notre Dame) and a huge difference between regular season and post season (which is supposed to be tougher).

BTW, who is supposed to be elite in the East this year besides UGA?

I predict UT will win a conference game and end their losing streak to Vandy.

I predict Stidham will have the most ints in the league because Auburn will not be able to protect him and he will force throws on the run.
