4. A&M (4-4)

May be stretching it just a tad but no doubt they lose 4 games this year. 8-4 (5-3) is possible for them if A&M is as good as they think and they beat Auburn at home.

3 SEC losses and a loss @ Clemson are assured though. Giving them the benefit of the doubt that they can win out outside of @UGA, Bama and @LSU.

Would you like to post the year for the last time Auburn won in Baton Rouge?

Who cares? You realize Auburn has won the West twice while losing in Baton Rouge since LSU has won the division, right?

I feel this is accurate. I am feeling 8-10 wins for AU.

1. Bama
2. LSU

Devin White is our worst loss, but we have a stout LB corps returning. Greedy is gone but we add the top DB recruit who also is returning punts (something we had problems with last year). We also add Ika whos is a monster and have Chaisson back after having a season-ending injury in the opener last year.

On offense, our returning guys have more experience and John Brady has been an asset in upgrading the offense after moving over from the Saints.

Florida at home. A&M at home. Vandy on the road. LSU will be favored in 7 out of 8 SEC games.

3. A&M

5-3 in the SEC last season. A fluke win over LSU saved them from going 4-4. Still one of the toughest teams in the west, though. Games at UGA and at LSU and against Bama shape up for another 5-3 finish.

4. Auburn

Auburn gonna Auburn. Tough schedule at A&M, at LSU, at Florida and games against UGA and Bama.

5. State

Not that far behind the pack. Another year for Moorhead. UK and Tennessee from the East makes for a somewhat agreeable schedule.

6. Ole Miss
7. Arkansas

Those two might flip, but I think they are further back from the others.

Does OP really know what he is talking about? State beat arky om auburn AND the faggies last year are only losing 2 players in the front 7 and returning all of our Star linebackers. There is no way in hell ole miss and Arkansas finish ahead of state. This dude is a biased dumb arse who is mad his 75 million dollar coach cant beat fat joe

I say LSU goes 7-1 and finishes 2nd behind Bama. 10-2 or 11-1 overall.

I only say this because the schedule sets up about as nicely as we could ever hope for. If Orgeron can't get LSU to 10+ regular season wins in 2019 then it will never happen while he is here.

Fwiw, idk if we will beat you guys or not. You have owned us for awhile now. But to say no way in hell, think back to last season when there was "No chance in hell State won't win at least 10 games."

We have a lot of concerns and issues, but we are not last year's team and should be in a lot more games than we have been.

Our defense keeps improving and our offense should be a lot better. We have two experienced quarterbacks coming in that are way better than what we've had. Our biggest concern is the OL.

It will be interesting for sure and none of us are claiming huge victories or tons of wins. CCM has processed a lot of negativity, has players buying in, and focusing on teamwork and earning their keep.

our floor is 9-3 with losses to UF, Bama and UT but winning at a rate that puts us at our floor is unacceptable. if we dont finish with a minimum of 10 reg season wins Id be fine showing O the door.

Eh I knew state had no chance of winning 10 games. I realize it was most of the fans expectations but those were unreal. But to put us behind arkansas and ole miss is pretty down right stupid. Our defense will take a little step back as far as the front 4 but we kept all the db’s and line backer corp in tact. Our main question of course will be offensive production. We are likely starting Keytaun Thompson who is a way better runner that Nick Fitz but throws worse. Just depends on what coach joe can draw up

LSU (They finished 3rd last year. Unfortunately for them, they lost quite a bit on defense. Also unfortunately for them, they return quite a bit on offense.)

Are you a moron sir?

I agree with everything you said but showing O the door. You don't fire a coach one season removed from a top 6 finish and after signing a top 5 recruiting class. Let's not be rash.

Why not? If Ed can do it, a chimp could do it.

I was admittedly being rash. I know O doesnt get fired for a 9 win season where he has a shot at 10 wins in the bowl game, but I agree with the sentiment that if we dont win 10 games in 2019, we never will under O. As the person I responded to said, the schedule sets up very nicely for us this year
