So, Mullen can't recruit and can't coach, but somehow he left a team in Shitville that is going to destroy UF....makes sense.

Why bcse he was a good OC? Little different. I think he will be decent but not like you are saying he already is. lo

He is an outstanding OC, and has experience as a HC. That's all he needs going into this season. Whether he can keep things going with recruiting, etc. remain to be seen, but the optimism going into this season is well justified.

Mullen has athletes at UF. Recruited his type of QB that will see the field this year

As stated, no, Mullen does not have a QB for his system this season. He doesn't have much of an offensive line, and they haven't learned his system yet, either (pulling guards every other play). RBs that aren't used to the read option, WRs that have to learn a whole new system...

I wasn't saying Mullen couldn't pull it all together, I was just responding to your claim that State had a big question mark because they have a new coach. UF's question mark is much larger.

You have to try really hard to finish worse than 6-6 in the SEC East... especially when Florida State is also going to be relatively down with a new first-year coach.

Charleston Southern- W (99%)
Kentucky- W (65%)
Colorado St.- W (70%)
@ Tennessee- W (60%)
@ Mississippi St.- L (30%)
LSU- L (40%)
@ Vanderbilt- W (75%)
Georgia- L (5%)
Missouri- L (45%)
S. Carolina- L (30%)
Idaho- W (95%)
Florida St.- L (40%)

That puts them going 6-6, and if you go by odds, they should win 6.54 games this year.... so possibly 7-5.

We could be 8-4 or 9-3 and still not be very good. Schedule is lighter than usual this year. 7-5 or 8-4 most likely.

I'm gonna say losses to

Tenn
State
Georgia
Fsu
Mizzou

Lsu will be the swing game. Lose that and it's 6-6. I just don't see more than 7 wins.
