So an All American FB is going to help you win 11. I got swamp land..You guys have two new coordinators, a completely new offensive identity and QB's that were chit last year and one guy is going to get you over the hump..You are delusional. Get by Clemspon first game and then maybe you can start the parade

Hmm, so you are saying because of these factors, one would not/could not expect a 3 game increase.

Here's the thing about Auburn, and it's pretty much true historically - you have to beat them. That sounds like a tautology, but it's a little more subtle than that. Auburn doesn't quit in close games. They fight like hell until the end. Last year was a huge example of it. They win close games and get blown out by teams much better than them. I have them losing to either Clemson or MSU because teams sometimes lose a close one that they shouldn't.
Alabama, LSU and Georgia should still be much better than Auburn and handle them fairly easily. If they let Auburn stay close, Auburn will beat them. I hope Coach Saban learned that in the 28-27 debacle - if you take your foot off of their neck, Auburn will jump up and kick you in the nuts. Some teams, you can make their arse quit.
I'm starting to think that Auburn may only lose to teams much better than them. I only see three teams like that on their schedule. But, I'm still going to go with 8-4 because Auburn has some holes and two new coordinators.

Thats a good assessment.
It was obviou that we were overwhelmed at LSU and Arky...and just quit in Athens.

To be fair, this the the first season an All American full back has transferred to an SEC powerhouse. I think the excitement is justified.
you know you are not an sec powerhouse, right? you are not even the state of alabama powerhouse

Most logical fans will agree with that. 9-3 is a possibility because I still think we can beat Arky if we play a great game at home.
We could easily be a much better team and still go 8-4 next year with how hard the west is now.

I hate to be negative, but I see us being the second SEC team to lose in the BCSNC game.
Actually, we will improve on 8-5. How much? I am going with 10-3.

I could see only 7 wins with a few bad breaks and injuries or 9-10 wins with a few lucky breaks.

10-2 or 11-1. We are more talented than everybody we play except UGA, LSU and Bama with us being pretty damn close to being equal with 2 of those 3. We get 2 of those games at home and the other at our home away from home.
