Bama would have to do a lot better than -3. Don’t see that happening.

No one is beating GA right now unless they suffer injuries. They are just playing on another level atm.

After the Texas game, and first hald USC, I'm really unsure anout my Ags. Texas played well, but A&M just looked like a different team.

Don't know why that was and if the cause is still there. I'm mot expecting much, frankly, and I don't think that's a copimg mechanism- i just dont feel it.

I think Bama wins the rematch over OU.

LSU fans don’t like this prediction.

Alabama over Oklahoma. Not really an upset but the Sooners are a slight favorite to the best of my knowledge.

The USC game is something that just happens, to every team in the SEC.

A&M I think overlooked Carolina, who was having a bad year. But they did have Sellers and were 9-3 last year, so they had potential; they had a good game in them. A&M was able to overcome that.
We saw that with Georgia at Tennessee, Texas in every road game, etc. The SEC isn't a cakewalk.

Re their game vs Texas, that's a rivalry game and I also think Texas is good, better than some playoff teams. They can be as good as anyone, but didn't put it together to win enough to get into the playoffs. That was their "big" win of the year, which was something they needed after losing at Ohio State and getting smashed by Georgia.

I'm not worried about A&M for the playoffs, they have a huge homefield advantage against Miami. I think that will carry them, and give them momentum going into the next round.

As for the other games, Oregon in a cakewalk. Ole Miss pretty comfortably over Tulane, and Alabama gets revenge over Oklahoma. I don't see Ole Miss hanging with UGA the next round, and if Alabama gets some momentum they could be very dangerous.

Not unless you find a defense. Our D has found their footing in the back half of the season. Not sure yours has.

OU Bama is anywhere from OU -1 to Bama -1 depending on the book. Just call it a pick em

A bookie on the radio said a home game in the playoffs is worth 4 points so OU would be favored a FG on a neutral field which sounds right. OU is the better team

If the Georgia defense gets a shot to play against Carson Beck, he's likely going to need to sign up for the federal witness protection program after the game. They totally have his number.

Interesting. So, you predict Miami beats Texas A&M and Ohio State?

Ole Miss was the one team I really did not want to face again. I feel a bit better now that Lane Kiffin is not coaching them, but I have a bad feeling about that one.

A&M over the ohio state would not be an upset IMHO.
Tulane over No Lane or James Monroe over Phil Knight U would be considered upsets.

Historically, the teams with the top blue chip ratios always win the title. Josh Pate did a big story on this a couple weeks ago

Michigan was the rare exception a couple years ago, but even they had like 60%

At the end of the day, it comes down to Jimmy and Joes. That’s why I realistically think only these teams can win the title. All of these are in the top 10 overall talent rankings

Ohio State
UGA
Oregon
OU
A&M

Bama fits that mold, but they have too many injuries so I’m leaving them out

Indiana has the 78th best blue chip ratio and it would be the lowest of all time if they won, which is why they won’t.
