The kid had the weekend off, wanted to go see a college game in a great atmosphere, at a school it looks like he has friends at. He is holding a beer, who's to say it was one of if not his only of the day. He doesn't look drunk.
And as for the shirt, what is he supposed to wear to an FSU game? that helps him blend in so he can just go about his day as a normal guy. But i guess all of that is just too rational to be the way it went down.

I would never wear the shirt of another school, no matter what game I was at. I have just worn a white or gray shirt when I've been in that situation. It's not that big a deal really, but also not a great judgement call on his part.

Murray on 680 the Fan this morning, said: he went to FSU this past weekend for the game." Wow can you imagine a college kid taking a road trip on a bye week. He grew up in tampa, FL, you mean he might have friends at FSU, oh my God. I think he should get kicked off the team. Is he 21 yet? who knows he graduates in the spring, early, maybe he's only 20. Can't believe a college kid is drinking at a Fraternity part, under age, he realy should be suspended.

How would our fan base react if this weekend Jarrett Lee was photographed @ UT with a UT shirt on drunk and week before the biggest game of the season? Georgia/Florida is this weekend and will likely decide the East.
