He’s speaking live at this sales event so I don’t have a link or quote but the source is trust me bro

Anyway he’s taking about technology in football and the importance of changing with the times

He said that the teams that change with how the game changes are successful and the ones that don’t aren’t

During the pre-NIL era foley and the UAA explicitly said they “weren’t getting into the facilities arms race” and while Bama UGA and lsu were getting water fountains in their weight room the uaa was showing 1980s soviet style gyms and dorms and that hurt recruiting

Now with NIL forward focused programs like ole Miss are deferring stadium renovations and are killing it in the portal and winning 10+ games a year with dick swinging coaches like lane kiffin while the Uaa blew their entire nil budget on a player who will never play at Florida because he will transfer out after little dick billy goes 4-8 this year and instead of loading up on NIL war chest they’re blowing $500 million on a fricking STADIUN KITCHEN!

THE UAA frickING SUCKS!!!!!

So which one do you want? Players don't want to play in a dump. They now, also want to be paid.

none of the renovations to the swamp affect the players

They’re not eating stadium concessions food during the game or at any time

If the renovations were stuff like locker room stuff sure that would appeal to the players but the renovations are just for a few big boosters and the Uaa to increase revenue by charging the fans crazy money for shitty hotel convention food

I remember Kiffin telling our AD to not start the renovations a few years ago. At the time I was a little irritated because it’s a massive renovation that will make our stadium look 1000 times better (demolishing each side and rebuilding). But he and Carter were thankfully forward thinking enough to realize it was better to invest in NIL resources and it’s paid huge dividends. Players don’t give a shite about facilities as much anymore as they do the checks they will get

"oh no, I'm unhinged because my team is making the stadium nicer and we got one of the better QB prospects in recent years to at least come to campus"

Yeah the Uaa spending $500 million to charge fans $25 for a slice of shitty Publix quality pizza and blowing their meager nil load on a guy who will transfer to Texas A&M in 2025 after we go 4-8 this year is something g to celebrate

exactly!

The uaa is the least forward thinking athletic department in the SEC and maybe the country

It’s unreal how bad they are

How is this going to affect the hot dog prices? That’s the real tragedy. I wouldn’t give Mizzou a penny if they already got $100 a game off of a hot dog and three beers.

UAA

You know, if that had either an F or a G in it somewhere, it would be much easier to remember. Otherwise it is so generic, that it could be almost anything.

Not only does UF need to update their facilities, they could stand to update their acronyms.

At baseball games they charge $18 a hotdog. Imagine that it’ll be more for football.

And a month ago some reddict nerds figured out mathematically that the uaa is greedier then Disney!

Been quite the chatter this weekend about Florida’s concession stand prices.

This thread on Reddit brings up the point that Florida is charging 72% more than Disney.

maybe we could but honestly I wouldn’t be shocked if florida football doesn’t even exist by then

It’s clear that the sport is trending towards forming a super league of 40 or so programs.

Teams will be left behind and essentially relegated

Based on current trajectory and leadership in the uaa, I’d wager that Florida football would not be invited into the super league

Jesse and Frank James would be proud. UK football prices are high but modest in comparison. $12 for a hot dog and souvenir coke cup drink. The hotdog by itself is $5.
