Arkansas rescinded the helmet law a while ago...10-15 years, maybe.

When my husband wanted to buy a motorcycle, I had one stipulation: he ALWAYS had to wear his helmet and motorcycle jacket (with the kevlar). He had a friend who was literally run over by a truck, and the doctor said if he hadn't worn his jacket, he would be dead.

People riding without helmets are idiots. The number of lives saved by riding gear each year is simply staggering, why people refuse to wear it is beyond me. Only reason I'm hear is due to riding gear.

If it is a really bad motorcycle accident, you are better off not wearing a helmet, so you can check out quickly.
A helmet is just going to make you a vegetable on bad accidents.

I grew up on the Mulberry River down on 23. I bet I have driven 16 and 23 a thousand times. Definitely breathtaking but can be scary even in a car b/c so may people drive it too fast.
Coach is lucky. If he wants to keep riding he needs to get one of these:

Can Am Spyder RT (Also Roadster, RS-S and something else I forget). They start around $20,000. I want one but it'll have to wait.

Check it from the front:

Yeah that's the one I want too, cause I am not man enough to ride a Harley, or any other two wheeled brain smasher.

WTF is up with local KFSM news (Daren Bobb)saying stay with us after the game to see if Coach Petrino's motorcyle wreck could cause the end of his career.

frick them if that's used just to get people to stay up and watch their news. I mean seriously.
