I feel like he was a consensus top 3 or so corner for many years when it didn’t seem like he played like one.
I’ve always been interested in this. Mostly bc he’s a great guy and so easy to pull for that it makes the discussion easy. I’m not talking shite about the guy. No need to get defensive.

But you still haven't addressed how he's overrated. We've established that basically everyone rates him as one of the best DBs of his era, which you also acknowledge. You've yet to explain why he shouldn't be and how exactly he's overrated. Care to elaborate with something tangible or do you just want to stick with a hot take and call people retarded for not agreeing with you?

I played Kingsbarns that he mentioned. Down the road about 15 minutes from St. Andrews. It’s only about 30 or 40 years old but looks like it’s been there 300 years. Great golf course. Regularly in the Top 100 courses in the world.
