he always talks about how "great it is for the state of alabama for both teams to do well." etc etc bullshite. i like jay, nice guy.. but i'd prefer someone else go to bat on the radio for us.

BTW, per Paul Finebaum on todays show, Pat Dye did not, and still hasnt contacted his program about his no show yesterday. Instead of fulfilling his PAID spot on Paul's show he instead spoke at a quarterback club in Macon Georgia. Paul is PISSED and has said that if Pat wants to talk on a radio show then he needs to find another one because on his show, if your scheduled to speak, you "show your arse up".
If you cant see that this is speaking volumes about what is going on then you are just incapable of looking at things related to your team objectively. Simple as that.

I listen to Barker every morning on the radio show he does with Al Del Greco and he's right, he is almost an Auburn apologist. It's infuriating how often he takes Auburns side on shite even when its OBVIOUSLY the wrong side to be on. He tries too much to please everyone. He may be a homer in his personal life, but what he says publicly, is NEVER homer-like.

It's not just radio. It's money. Pat Dye is contracted by Crane Works to come on Paul's show, talk about football, and then advertise for Crane Works. This segment nets both parties cash. When Pat Dye did not show up for his scheduled radio segment yesterday - without telling anyone he wasn't going to be there I might add - Dye cost Crane Works and Finebaum some money.
