Yep. College football has basically become semi-pro. Whichever the "school" has the most money usually gets the best tallent. However, yesterday that didn't work for Ohio State.
Demeanor doesn't seem to matter much these days. If there are good assitanant coaches who demand excellence of thier departments, the final result is the same. The head coach on the sideline is basically a CEO. Saben was fairly calm the last few years of his career.
Ok genius. Give us candidates that could possibly step in and fill Saban's shoes. Got any? Let's pull out the Dr. Pepper Hot Seat and roasts Deboer's arse. That'll will fricking fix the problem. Yeah!

I expected at least the offense to show up. But alas. Grub still fricking sucks. Nothing changed in 2 weeks. Definitely disgustingly inadequate coaching.
