Everyone should know about Ole Miss producing Miss Americas.
1959 - Mary Ann Mobley
1960 - Lynda Lee Mead
1985 - Susan Akin
There used to be the saying, "At Ole Miss they redshirt Miss Americas."
Now Oxford can add another. Oxford native Shannon Thweatt
was crowned Miss Plus America.
