I'm shocked that this hire has taken up most of the front page on this board, I can't imagine how much it's generated on TD.
I've never watched a WBB game in it's entirety. And I couldn't give you the name of a single SEC WBB coach, including Alabama's.
But I won't forget LSU's.

Saban wasn’t considered a can’t miss hire when he came to LSU from Michigan St. People were happy then but as some are now about this recent hire.

Now I get the popularity of the sports are far different for the average fan, but that isnt the discussion. This is clearly the best hire likely in LSU sports by simply judging the coach at time of hire, and likely top 5 or so in SEC history
