I’m fully prepared for him to drop 300 yards and 3TD’s on our defense for his first game back.

I guarantee you he will be back just in time for the Ole Miss game
That is actually the most likely given what they are saying now.

We aren’t losing USCe…have you seen that team?

It's a SEC road game, I take nothing for granted, especially if Sellars is healthy.

Except for the legacy point. That stands out alone as having nothing to do with anything.

I think he was pointing out why Hawkins didn't bail when Mateer came aboard...

But it is kind of funny... Hawkins dad DID bail on OU after one season... but his was more due to his family issues.

One good thing here though. With all the stories about pro players pissing away their money... Michael Hawkins Sr... who was homeless when he got to OU... ended up with a short pro career and has made a success out of himself and his family.

Does Hawkins have a RRR win in him? I'll be pulling for y'all...then.

Hawkins did well last season. He didn’t connect with the recievers when in this season. I think he just needs time with first team WR. He is super quick and fast when running….

I think Hawkins does well and Sooners can beat Texass with Hawkins…

I also think Mateer is out longer than three weeks after surgery on his thumb. But. He injured it 5 plays into the Auburn game and played the whole game with a bad throwing hand…..so…

He played the rest of the game.

And he likely hurt his finger worse had he just sat out and left the game.

I’d rather him not have this issue so there’s no asterisk next to the game.

Injuries are apart of the game. Same thing could happen to Arch next week.

Hope he recovers quickly. Amazing to think he played that long in the game like that.
