Lincoln has been fighting with one arm tied behind his back. What he has accomplished so far is Herculean, considering that.

Oh I dunno....

Bob suddenly retiring and leaving Lincoln stuck with his failed cronies because he didn't have the time to bring in his own staff before the season started?

Bob said the other day during an interview when he retired his #1 concern was making sure everybody kept their job. Not what's best for the program.......what was best for his remaining cronies.

And they were protected through Lincoln's first two seasons by Pres. and A.D......and then Boren retired and was replaced with an Oil man from the private sector who doesn't play that crony, trough-feeder shite.

Lincoln is now free and that's why he just purged the remaining Stoops cronies from his staff. The entire program is finally, completely, his.

OU is giving in. They probably realized it was a bad PR move:

BREAKING: Oklahoma will grant grad transfer QB Austin Kendall the waiver to be immediately eligible at West Virginia, @usatodaysports
has learned.

The school worked through its concerns over a transfer within the Big 12 to arrive at the decision.

Lincoln secured Jalen Hurts is what happened. He didn't "give in to bad PR".

They're doing it because it's within the rules.

I personally think it's BS, but dems the rules. You'd be a fool not to try to maximize your advantage and hurt a competitor.

Some of you need to comprehend English. They only blocked Austin Kendalls transfer until...... they got Jalen Hurts. That would of left us with two qbs and by doing that it could of put pressure on him to return.
