Auburn played their home games vs Tennessee and Georgia Tech in Birmingham

Correct - I'll give you the name of the stadium, Legion Field

Team A sounds like Bama but I could have sworn they had lost twice to NIU

Just once. Terrible showing by Bama, but, honestly, NIU was a good team that year. They were 10-2 and had Michael "The Burner" Turner in the backfield. Got left out of a bowl when they lost their conference to 13-1 Miami OH and Roethlisberger.

Trivia Question #4 - This school, not named Alabama, use to not play their home games against Georgia Tech and Tennessee at their home stadium. Instead they chose another city to play them in. This continued up until 1970 for their home match up with Georgia Tech and up until 1978 for their match up with Tennessee.

Which school am I referring to and what stadium?

I would guess Auburn back when they would play some home games at Legion Field.

Yes, already answered, but another interesting fact is there were sometimes double headers played at Legion Field. On at least one occasion the Alabama - LSU game was played there on the same day as the Auburn - Tennessee game. I'm sure there were quite a few fights with all those fans in the same parking lots.

Trivia Question #5 - Which SEC school use to play some of their home games in the 1940's, 1950's and 1960's in their rivals home stadium? This stadium also had double headers due it being used by the home team and the rival for home games on the same day.

That's a football fan's dream.

AU/Oregon State and Bama/Cal was another double header. Cal's starter was eventual Ram Vince Ferragamo and his backup was Falcon Steve Bartkowski.

Even places like Stanford have the typical jock majors to hide players in though that aren't at Tech.

Pretty sure Tech has Management and Communications as majors. And they've recruited several of my players who were below average students. If you can play they'll find a way.

What ever happened to their football program? Do they even exist anymore?

They're DIII. The university of the South (Sewanee) is a small liberal arts school with fewer than 2000 students

This isn't Jeopardy, so your answer doesn't have to be in the form of a question. However, your answer is correct! Georgia use to play some of their games at Georgia Tech's home stadium, Grant Field. Georgia also played a lot of their games against Auburn in Columbus, Georgia. Apparently Athens was pretty difficult to get to before the days of interstate highways, so like Auburn, some of the bigger games were played in locations to make travel for the visiting teams easier.

Yep, however after playing at Jordan-Hare in 1974, played Auburn at Legion Field for the 1976 and 1978 games.

Have an up vote.

Hogs have played Texas probably that many times (area were suppose to till Texas cancelled the return trips to Fayettenam) since they have been in the SEC. Lord only knows how many times they played before the 1990's.
