If we shoot a good 3 point percentage we certainly can considering how good our defense has been playing recently.

Everyone's sleeping on the Bluejays' defense, but it's better than average. And with the firepower Creighton brings to the table, the Vols aren't going to be able to win by 5 possessions.

I'm sure it will be a close game but imo both teams are capable of winning by 10 plus against each other. Will probably be a nailbiter though.

Vols might be able to out-physical them a bit but they’re gonna have to score consistently. Creighton is too effective on offense to have long scoring droughts.

I won't be remotely surprised if it goes to OT. If that's the case, the Vols need to win it in the first 5 minutes because Creighton does not lose in multiple overtimes.

Granted it’s a Catholic school in Omaha Nebraska but I am willing to bet you would be welcomed by the students. The new Catholic Church ain’t what it use to be.

You're right about that; Creighton is a very welcoming space. As a straight Baptist, I am accepted there.

We had a 16 point lead at one point in the 2nd half, he wasn't wrong to think we were simply 4 or 5 possessions better on paper. Was obvious we were more talented and athletic head to head. However Creighton being a roster consisting of a bunch of marksmen is what makes them tough. Kudos to Creighton for splashing some insane 3s despite our suffocating defense.
At the end of the day though Tennessee basketball this year is a tough arse out. Literally one of the ELITE teams in the sport this year. Can't wait for Sunday!
