BYU's coach spoke about this after the game and directly said BYU asked their own students to remove the shirts.

Is this not just fan fun? I mean why do they get so pissed about it?
I don't think they were?
How would Texas possibly "make" an opposing fanbase change their apparel in an arena that isn't even their own?
We already know that Terry is butt hurt about it after his last press conference. He probably complained as soon as he saw them. And the only reason fans from BYU knew to do it is probably because of him making an issue out of it.

Only because they new Texas had cried about it in the past.

When people tell you it's Monday, do you throw a fit and say "NO! It's Thursday!!" just because you would rather it be true?

Rhetorical.

Texas is in Austin. Austin is ran by leftist progressives. Feelings are all they have.

No, it says that BYU officials asked the students to remove them. It doesn't say whether Texas complained about it first.

I had no idea the mere existence of Texas triggered people this much. The fear is palpable

Maybe you're right. Bashing Texas over being butt hurt about horns down has the same feeling as bashing a transgender woke person.

Man! These Texas jerks are in for a rude awakening when they come into the SEC. Can you imagine coming into SEC stadiums and thinking that 80-100,000 fans are gonna stop giving this sign just because it hurts Texas’s delicate little feelings?
They are going to see it at every SEC stadium they visit and in the visitors section of their stadium.
They have asked for this and we are gonna give it to them.
Can’t wait until they visit Athens. If they think 93,000 fans are gonna bend to their demands they are going to be very disappointed.
The SEC really can’t do anything about it even if they choose to get involved. And outside of huge bribe money I don’t see that happening. Can’t arrest 93,000 people

Pretty sure they throw school books at the 8 Vandy fans. Wish they would knock out the Vandy whistler.
