Obviously the SEC West is only good when Alabama wins it.

What I said was NOT name calling.

Furthermore, it was the "SEC West" that was being talked about, before you start trying to swallow Georgia's balls.

And the biggest indicator is that it went from being the toughest division in college football to being won by a shitty LSU team.

It was still good in 2019.

You know, when the division title wasn't won by a team that got blown out twice, including one to a 7 loss team.

All that 5 star talent in Alabama and you can't beat a shitty LSU team for the west.

Shame

You keep posting this, I don't think it means what you think it means.

I have no problem saying Alabama sucked and was down this year. In fact, in 99% of threads on this forum, LSU fans including you I'm sure, are more than happy to point out Alabama was down this year, that it meant the decline has begun etc.

Of course, because you're all a bunch of delusional idiots, you can't at the same time understand that it also means...winning the West this year was not quite the accomplishment you thought it was.

Maybe the real issue here is the difference in standards between our fan bases. See, Alabama has 2 losses and everyone is upset and wants to see changes. LSU has 4 losses and LSU fans think it's a sign of a great future.

I don't know. I do know I hope I never in my fricking life consider losing 4 games and winning a "division title" as being a great year.

It is a fricking shame. The amount of talent Alabama wasted this year should be a crime. Wasn't injury problems, wasn't a lack of experience, it was just shitty schemes by our OC and our DC.

Imagine this team with the OC and DC of a few years ago. Pruitt and Kiffin. How fricking scary would that shite have been?

That is not lost on this Alabama fan for damn sure.

That doesn't mean the division was "down."

It just means there was a lot of parity.

You're right about this.

You're wrong about this, but you're pretty frickin stupid, so that tracks.

Alabama fans are going to melt down as a fanbase when Saban retires and the next one isn't as good. LSU fans are thrilled with the way a year 1 rebuild looked for LSU.

We had 4 losses in a season we were picked to lose 6 to 7 games, so yeah, we're happy, you dumb motherfricker.

It's all relative, you dumb cocksucker.

The early aughts weren't that long ago.

You're going to have to break that down for him. He's too stupid to understand the concept.

Getting blown out by a 7 loss team is not parity.

I've been a fan since Bear was coach. You've been a fan since about 2000 or less.

Your only accomplishment was beating a down Alabama team.

LSU had a narrative of being a team much better than people expected going this year, and then you got blown out by A&M.

Any wonder if the A&M game was some kind of fluke was taken out of question when they got manhandled by Georgia.

Outside beating a down Alabama at home in OT, what did LSU accomplish this year? I'll wait.

On the bright side, I guess LSU fans are handling the Brian Kelly 4th quarter stare positively.

If it's parity it's because all teams were equally shitty, which ruins the LSU narrative that the SEC West wasn't down this year.

Getting blown out by a 7 loss team is not parity among a bunch of great teams as he was trying to claim.

LSU did not achieve what they achieved because they rose to that height, they accomplished it because everyone else was down.

So the A&M game wasn't a fluke because LSU lost to Georgia like they were supposed to?

Well, I was a teenager in 2000, so you're not far off.

We won the west in a season where we were picked to finish 6th or 7th. I'll call that an accomplishment, as would any reasonable and objective person.

None of it was a fluke. LSU played over their heads and finally gassed. If you knew anything about this LSU team, you'd understand that it was operating under severe limitations, particular at the interior of the front 7, QB, and CB. Literally - not figuratively - half of this roster was recruited by Kelly. We didn't even have enough personnel to run a true spring scrimmage. FSU was the first time this team played together under a whistle.

We've already talked about this. Try to keep up.

Yes, if you had put a good game up against Georgia then the A&M loss could have been seen as more of a trap game, rather than an indicator of LSU's actual team strength.

But we saw LSU was just not a good team when they played Georgia.

I think LSU fans just stopped counting the season after the Alabama win. It's like you're oblivious to how the season ended.

Maybe you should ask A&M fans if you can borrow their roller coaster meme.

Is this supposed to be some kind of hot take?

Because this is how every LSU fan I know feels, but we're also smart enough to not boil any season down to 1 game.

Any year we keep Alabama out of the playoff is a win as far as I'm concerned.

Naaahhh, we actually have plenty of success and hardware to back up our talk.
