I remember that wife-beating drunk from the days when Johnny Musso played for him. The most overrated coach in history, and surpassed in cheating only by Nick Saban.

It’s the 10th anniversary of Alabama demolishing Notre Dame.

Or are you just saying nobody knows, so know definitive claim can be made that the injury would have made a difference?

This is what I have saying. Colt McCoy was in the game for five plays before exiting early in the first quarter. It's obvious his loss was impactful but no one can say with any absolute certainty that Texas would have beaten Alabama had he played the whole game.

Gotcha. Out of curiosity, are you consistent with these thoughts or are they just true when Alabama is in the mix and the good side of injuries?

Found the snot-nose that has no clue about Bear or how he did it.

No surprise it's a Missouri fan.

Depends on the context. I know what you are fishing for and I'll go ahead and tell you the two scenarios are not the same. With Alabama-Texas you had a player knocked out in the first few plays in the first ever meeting between those teams since the early-80s. With Alabama-Georgia Part II, you had two players knocked out of a game where, one month earlier, they absolutely annihilated the opposing team's secondary.

Yeah it happens, injuries are part of the game. Could’ve went down the wire had he played, or maybe the scoreboard is similar, who really knows. Though that was a great Texas team, I peg that Alabama team to be either their best or among the top 2-3 that Saban has ever fielded.

Crazy that Colt is starting in the NFL after all this time. Good for that dude.

They are exactly the same. I can promise you that Colt McCoy was probably more integral to Texas's offense as Williams was to Alabama's. McCoy made the Texas offense. To think otherwise is silly.

So, we just ignore all of the players Georgia was missing in that first game one month earlier? They don't count? Georgia missing them had no affect?

More double talk and double standards then. That's pretty much what I figured.

Alabama injuries count. Texas and Georgia injuries do not.

ETA
While becoming the most victorious quarterback in NCAA history with 45 career wins, McCoy was again the focal point of the Longhorn offense that scored 550 points in 2009, ranked third in UT All-Time season scoring (behind only the 2005 and 2008 teams). He finished 3rd in Heisman Trophy voting in 2009.[94]

Losing McCoy probably had no affect on the game at all.

"That's different!"-Alabama fans

So tell us about your favorite team's dynasty? What was that like? Is it LSU? UT? UGA? AU? I'll wait.

You're wrong by the way. Does the name Bear Bryant ring any bells?

Why would LSU fans be bitter about a Bama title in 1925? LSU won one before the gumps in 1908.

Yes, it does. That fake championship claiming, wife beating, cheating old drunk has already been discussed.

I have a better idea. Tell us about your connection to Alabama and why claiming bullshite means so much to you.

Do you have to sign and agreement at Walmart when you buy that hat and t-shirt. "Yes, I will swear I am an Alabama grad, even though I have never been within 100 miles of Tuscaloosa."

Georgia and Bama had about the same number of players injured in the SECCG. In the NC game it wasn't close. Georgia was healthier than they had been and Bama was the unhealthiest they had been. The first was an easy win for Bama and the second came down to the last minute.
